• Contact & Identification Data: Name, phone number, email address, and billing/delivery address when purchasing IT equipment or registering for our services.
• Authentication & Verification Data: Mobile phone numbers provided explicitly by users to receive One-Time Passwords (OTPs), Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes, and security alerts via WhatsApp Business API or SMS.
• Technical Logs: Message delivery timestamps, API request status, and basic device logs required for system security and fraud prevention.

3. How We Use Your Data & WhatsApp Business API Compliance

We process personal data strictly for legitimate commercial and security purposes:

• Fulfilling orders for computer hardware and networking equipment (*Achat et vente de matériels informatiques*).
• Delivering user-initiated transactional verification codes (OTPs) via the official Meta WhatsApp Business Platform.
• Strict Opt-In Policy: WhatsApp verification messages are triggered exclusively when a user explicitly enters their phone number to authenticate their identity. We never send unsolicited promotional spam.
• No Third-Party Selling: We do not sell, rent, or trade user phone numbers or personal data to third-party marketers.

4. Data Retention & Security

Temporary authentication logs and OTP routing records are retained only for the duration necessary to verify delivery and comply with telecommunications regulations, after which they are automatically purged. We implement strict encryption and access controls to protect all data.
